Family Session in Tandy Hills Nature Park

Happy Monday!  I am just getting over a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend and putting my mind back to business and thinking of all the wonderful sessions, events, and classes we’ve had going on both through XanZo Gallery and Photos On The Vine.

Recently, Xavier and I did a family session in Tandy Hills Natural Area. This beautiful hiking trail and park is just 10 minutes from our studio, and 5 minutes from our own home. We always get very excited with each opportunity to photograph in Tandy Hills and we enjoy capturing the beautiful nature that is so close to our neighborhood we love so much.

Tandy Hills is a 160 acre indigenous prairie remnant located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas and is just minutes from downtown Fort Worth. During the spring season we are blessed to see a showcase of wildflowers and as of April 26, Tandy Hills Natural Area is officially part of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.

Here is a sneak peek showcase into our most recent family session during the Spring Season at Tandy Hills Natural Area. We are local photographers who respect this natural area and we take great pride in being thoughtful to nature and to the flowers. We do not trample the grounds when we are out photographing and we take special care to leave it as beautiful as it was when we arrive.
