It was a special honor to be the maternity photographer for this adorable couple! They are expecting their first baby and their due date is fast approaching next week! This new mom waited until her final month to have her portraits made and she looks absolutely glowing and amazing. I love to be behind the lens when a couple just shines with love and joy. I felt their love just radiated the room and I hope you can see it through these images.
In regards to maternity sessions, women often tend to shy away from waiting until the 9th month to have their session, but I highly encourage it. It makes for the most realistic feelings, expressions, excitement, and of course your body is showing at its absolute best.
I must admit we don’t often take the time to post, tweet, facebook or instagram what we are doing in the studio, but I just had to share samples from this session. The couple brought several changes of clothing and we did several background and prop changes, so within this hour and half session we created a lot of different looks and styles.
