In late 2020, we came in contact with Gina Bowhill, an antique collector, who sells beautiful European furniture and other antique pieces now in Dallas Texas. She travels the world looking for unique finds and makes them available now through online sales. We were fortunate enough to visit her studio location in Dallas to photograph several pieces, and included a small mini session of Gina with her 2 children, using one of the most amazing pieces in their session.
Photographing antique furniture is a nice change from portrait photography. We study and design the light differently and create many different angles and crop designs to create a full collection of each piece.

I especially loved being able to show the length of this beautiful couch by creating a unique pose for Gina’s son and daughter.
